  • Eligibility & Condition 

We gracefully accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To maintain our strict hygiene standards, we kindly ask that products remain unopened, unused, and in their original, pristine packaging.

  • How to Return 

Please email us at info@ninlabshk.com with your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) and clear photos showing the item's pristine, unopened condition.

  • Return Shipping & Refunds 

For refund items, once we receive your package, we will thoroughly examine the items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days only if the products are confirmed to be in perfectly undamaged condition. 

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges 

To maintain the highest hygiene standards and operational simplicity, we only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. For all other situations, please follow our return process.

Damaged or Defective Items 

To ensure a smooth resolution and avoid any misunderstandings, we highly recommend recording a video of your unboxing moment.

To ensure a swift resolution, please provide your order number along with an unboxing video or clear photos of the item as proof. Once verified, we will arrange the following at no additional cost to you:

  • One-to-One Exchange: We will promptly dispatch a fresh replacement of the original item via SF Express.

  • Full Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the item to your original payment method.
